Marvel X-Men Sneak Preview Information Page

The Event will be held in 2 locations of Saturday and 1 location on Sunday

There is no set limit on the amount of players that can participate in the Inital X-men Flight.  Each player will receive five boosters of X-Men. Your deck must remain the same throughout the entire tournament.  There are no finals. 

Participation Prize

Each participant will receive one (1) Colossus Extended Art promo card and one (1) Wolverine Extended Art promo card while supplies last.

Inital X-men Flight Door prizes

Based on the number of players entered into the Inital X-men Flight, we will distributed special items randomly to players after the first round of the Inital X-men Flight:

1-8 players: One (1) X-Men deck box, X-Men rubber play mat, and two (2) X-Men T-shirt
9-16 players: Two (2) X-Men deck box, X-Men rubber play mat, and four (4) X-Men T-shirt
17-24 players: Three (3) X-Men deck box, X-Men rubber play mat, and six (6) X-Men T-shirt
25-32 players: Four (4) X-Men deck box, X-Men rubber play mat, and eight (8) X-Men T-shirt

For each additional eight players in the first tournament, we will add one (1) additional X-Men deck box, X-Men rubber play mat, and X-Men T-shirt.

Inital X-men Flight Performance Prizes

Additional prizes will be given out to the top finishers after the Swiss rounds are complete.  These prizes are awarded to the top finishers based on final standings in MANTIS. The playmats are awarded first, then the deck boxes. It is possible that there will be players with the same record that do not receive the same prize based on MANTIS tiebreakers.

The number of prizes distributed is based on the number of participants:

1-8 players: One (1) X-Men deck box and X-Men rubber play mat
9-16 players: Two (2) X-Men deck box and X-Men rubber play mat
17-24 players: Three (3) X-Men deck box and X-Men rubber play mat
25-32 players: Four (4) X-Men deck box and X-Men rubber play mat

For every eight additional players, one (1) X-Men deck box and X-Men rubber play mat will be added to the prize pool.

Inital X-men Flight Extended Art Promo Prizes

The top finishers of the Main Event will receive a Snikt! Extended Art Promo card.  These prizes are awarded to the top finishers based on final standings in MANTIS.  The number of prizes distributed is based on the number of participants:

1-8 players:  Two (2) Snikt! Extended Art promo cards
9-16 players:  Four (4) Snikt! Extended Art promo cards
17-24 players:  Six (6) Snikt! Extended Art promo cards
25-32 players:  Eight (8) Snikt Extended Art promo cards

For every eight additional players, Two (2) Snikt! Extended Art promo cards will be added to the prize pool.

Inital X-men Flight Product Prizes

This is based upon attendance. It will be annonced as soon as the first flight, round 2 begins.

Both Orange County and San Diego Locations on Saturday
Only Orange County on Sunday. Please note that space is limited on Sunday

This tournament is limited to 16 players. Each player will receive five boosters of X-Men. Your deck must remain the same throughout the entire tournament. There will be 4 rounds of swiss. There are no finals. 

Participation Prize

Each participant will receive one (1) Colossus Extended Art promo card and one (1) Wolverine Extended Art promo card while supplies last.

1st Place: 12 packs of X-Men, choice of Deck Box or Play Mat, Snikt! Extended Art Promo Card
2nd - 4th Place: 6 packs of X-Men, choice of Deck Box or Play Mat (Whatever is left), Snikt! Extended Art Promo Card

8 Players will sit down and receive three boosters of X-Men

1st Place: 5 packs of X-Men, Snikt! Extended Art Promo Card
2nd Place: 3 packs of X-Men
3rd and 4th place: 2 packs of X-Men
